From 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., enjoy the legendary Schlosshotel breakfast buffet at your leisure. Regional favourites, international classics, and carefully selected ingredients await. Wander from one cooking station to the next and discover crunchy mueslis, freshly made egg dishes, and warming porridges. Tempted by fluffy pancakes, buttery croissants, or a fine selection of cheeses and cured meats? With so much choice, every plate is a new delight – the perfect start to your day.
An evening performance of taste
From 6 p.m., Streif becomes a stage for live cooking. Watch our chefs prepare dishes before your eyes, with flavours inspired by Tyrol, Vienna, Italy, Spain, and beyond. From wok and pan to grill and pot, enjoy freshly made pasta, seasonal vegetables, premium cuts of meat and the finest fish – braised, steamed, sautéed or grilled.
